Debra Graetz on behalf of Graetz Properties, LLC is respectfully submitting a petition for a Conditional Rezoning Amendment pursuant to MCL 125.3405 — Use and development of land as a condition to rezoning and Sections 1.2, IV. 17, & XIV.7.C of the Glen Arbor Township Zoning Ordinance. The proposed amendment will change the existing parcel’s zoning from Business to Residential I including the Residential I setbacks and all other requirements of the Zoning Ordinance related to a single family dwelling use. The parcel’s Tax ID# is 006-662-004-00. The parcel is located at 5989 S. Pine Street, Section 22, T29N R14W, Glen Arbor Township, Leelanau County, Michigan.
