GLEN ARBOR TOWNSHIP BOARD SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

Purpose of the meeting is to:
1) Approve Payment of General Fund bills.
2) Approve Payment of Emergency Services bills.
3) Adopt Resolution #7-2024 – FY 2024-2025 Township Budget Amendments #2
4) Adopt Resolution #8-2024 Township General Appropriation Act
5) Adopt the FY 2024-2025 Budget
The Glen Arbor Township Board, located at 6394 W. Western Ave., Glen Arbor, Michigan, 49636 will be conducting a Special Meeting at 10:00 a.m. on March 30, 2024 and, depending on circumstances, will meet either in the main floor hall or the lower floor meeting room.
If you would like to submit written comments to be read into the meeting, you may submit them to the Township Clerk at [email protected]. Written comments should be submitted on or before 4:00 pm on March 29, 2024.
Public comment will be provided at the start and end of the meeting. If any person wishes to speak during public comment, they should indicate by stating so when the chair calls for public comment. Any person may also contact any of the township board members with their comments. Public comment rules adopted by the Township Board apply and comments should remain within 3 minutes. Individuals are not required to identify themselves to participate in the meeting but will be required to identify themselves prior to speaking.
